About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales and productivity, product knowledge, store operations, and leadership coverage as Manager On Duty when store management is absent. The associate collaborates with a team of Health Enthusiasts and may be asked to perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team and execute store operations with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting teammates in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and selling products.
- Act with integrity and serve as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
- Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team of Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts on time, keep shelves stocked, and ensure products are priced accurately.
- Perform additional duties as required.
