About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the store management team and help create personalized, memorable shopping experiences. The role combines customer service and sales with store operations, product education, merchandising, and leadership coverage. The Key Holder may act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the management team and execute store activities effectively.
• Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and product sales.
• Act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and ensure products are priced correctly.
• Build product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts on time, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
• Perform additional duties as required.
