About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store leadership and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role involves customer engagement and sales, acting as Manager on Duty when designated store leaders are absent, processing transactions, merchandising, maintaining product availability and pricing, and keeping the store in good order. The Key Holder is expected to build product knowledge through ongoing learning, collaborate with the store team, and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the management team and execute store operations effectively.
Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members in doing the same.
Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and memorable shopping experiences, including selling and building baskets.
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
Process customer transactions efficiently.
Merchandise shelves and price products appropriately.
Develop product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
Perform additional duties as required.
