About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help customers have a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role combines customer service and sales with store operations, product merchandising, and leadership coverage. The Key Holder may act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. The position involves a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, according to business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team and execute store operations with excellence.
- Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting teammates in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and sales.
- Act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Merchandise shelves and price products appropriately.
- Build product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts on time, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
