About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help provide customers with a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role involves sales, customer service, store operations, product knowledge, and acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. Candidates should be enthusiastic about health and wellness and able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team and execute store priorities.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and selling products.
- Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products.
- Develop product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Perform routine store maintenance and follow loss prevention standards.
- Process product receipts promptly and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
