Retail Key Holder - Part-Time
About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role includes serving as Manager on Duty when designated store leaders are absent, helping the team achieve sales and productivity goals, and building customer loyalty through product knowledge and service. The position also involves processing transactions, merchandising and pricing products, maintaining the store, and supporting receipt processing and loss prevention. Requirements
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage customers and Health Enthusiasts effectively.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Act as direct support for the management team and execute tasks effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and selling.
- Work with integrity and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
- Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
- Develop product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
- Collaborate with the Health Enthusiast team.
- Perform regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
