About The Position

WIS International is hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater Milwaukee metro area, including West Allis, Greenfield, Cudahy, Wauwatosa, and South Milwaukee. This is an active, part-time position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based opportunities to increase earnings. No inventory experience or degree is required. The company provides training, and candidates from a range of work and life backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Associates count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, working accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves travel to retail locations and may include occasional overnight assignments. Paid driver or pharmacy counter opportunities may be available with the required certification.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.
