About The Position

WIS International is hiring Retail Inventory Associates to count and record inventory at retail locations throughout the greater Knoxville Metro area, including Johnson City, Kingsport, Greeneville, and Morristown. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and performance-based pay increases. It is an active position involving extended periods on your feet and physical tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
