About The Position

WIS International is hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the Greensboro Metro area, including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, High Point, and Burlington. Associates help retail clients accurately count inventory using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities of up to $5.00 per hour. The role includes travel to retail locations and may involve occasional overnight assignments. It is an active position in a fast-paced retail environment, with most of the shift spent on your feet.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is valuable.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or work at a pharmacy counter with the required certification.
