About The Position

WIS International is hiring part-time Retail Inventory Associates in the Kansas City Metro Area, including Raytown, Independence, Belton, Shawnee Mission, Overland Park, and Roeland Park. Associates help retail customers accurately count inventory using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The starting wage is $16.00–$18.50 per hour, with performance-based opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, plus additional earning opportunities of up to $5.00 per hour. The role involves travel to retail locations and may include occasional overnight assignments. This is an active position requiring extended periods on your feet and a fast pace. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Show attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.
• Ability to become a paid driver or work at the pharmacy counter after obtaining the required certification.
