About The Position

WIS International is hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater Green Bay Metro area, including Green Bay, Howard, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, and Appleton. Associates help retail clients accurately count inventory using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and performance-based pay increases tied to productivity and accuracy. The work is active and takes place at retail locations, with paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments. Associates may have the opportunity to become a paid driver or work at a pharmacy counter after obtaining the required certification.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor experience.
• Certification required for opportunities to work as a paid driver or at a pharmacy counter.
