About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate for morning shifts. The role involves visiting retail locations and accurately counting and recording inventory with handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, with performance-based opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months and additional opportunities to earn up to $5.00 per hour. The job requires an active, fast-paced work style and may involve travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.
