About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate for early-morning inventory work. The role involves traveling to retail locations and counting and recording merchandise with handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling and performance-based pay increases tied to productivity and accuracy. It is an active role requiring extended periods on your feet and frequent physical movement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
