About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count retail inventory at retailer locations during early morning shifts. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience or degree is required.

Associates use handheld scanners to count and record inventory, maintain accuracy, and meet productivity goals. The work involves travel to retail locations and is physically active, with extended periods of standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds. Paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments are available. Employees may have the opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter associate, with certification required for those opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
