About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The position receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills customer orders; and prepares orders for shipment according to quality, packing, and shipping standards. It also uses inventory management systems to process and research shipments, helps keep selling floors and stockrooms clean and organized, and provides general store support such as event setup, backroom organization, markdowns, and moving fixtures. The role requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent use of hands, and the ability to handle and lift merchandise, including bulky or awkward items. The listed pay range is $22.55–$23.45 per hour. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
