Seasonal Retail Fulfillment Support Associate, Warwick Mall
About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines customer engagement on the sales floor with fulfillment work behind the scenes, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and support positive customer interactions. Through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence, you will contribute to sales, customer loyalty, and store success. The role also involves preparing and organizing merchandise and stock areas, maintaining a shoppable sales floor, supporting sales goals, and collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Select merchandise and pack and ship online orders accurately and with care.
- Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues professionally.
- Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom to support the next day's operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and store results.
