As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment: selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and support accurate, timely order fulfillment and store operations. The position also involves preparing merchandise and the store for business, receiving and tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, recovering sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, complete orders, and collaborate to support customers and teammates. The position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours weekly; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, as well as standing, moving, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities.
