About The Position

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers by combining sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment. You select merchandise, pack and ship online orders, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations through attention to detail, teamwork, and hospitality. Daily work may include reviewing goals and promotions, preparing the store, receiving and tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, fulfilling orders, and assisting customers on the sales floor and during pickups. Colleagues maintain a shoppable environment by recovering sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, and part-time colleagues for 12–24 hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
