About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment Associate, referred to in the posting as a Fulfillment Colleague, supports a seamless and personalized omni-channel shopping experience. The role combines customer engagement on the sales floor with back-of-house fulfillment work, including selecting, packing, and shipping online orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. The colleague greets customers, resolves issues professionally, and contributes to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations. Responsibilities also include receiving merchandise, tagging and organizing stock, preparing the store, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and collaborate with teammates to support customers and prepare for the next day. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Select merchandise and pack and ship online orders accurately and carefully.
- Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues professionally.
- Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom.
- Prepare the store for daily operations by reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support a positive customer and team experience.
