Retail Fulfillment Associate, Glendale Galleria - Part Time
About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor customer engagement with back-of-house fulfillment: selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and help ensure positive interactions while contributing to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations. Fulfillment colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, learning about products and promotions, and getting the store ready for business. They may receive and tag merchandise, organize the stockroom, fulfill orders, and support customers on the sales floor and at curbside pickup. They maintain shoppable areas by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete purchases, and organize the stockroom and orders at the end of the day. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, hospitality, sales goals, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Select merchandise, pack and ship online orders, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues professionally, and provide helpful service.
- Receive and tag merchandise and organize the stockroom.
- Review daily goals and learn about products and promotions.

- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom to prepare the team for the next day.
