About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement, you work toward sales goals, build trust and loyalty, and help make each visit meaningful. The role includes more than cashiering: you also help maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping environment. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere, personal close to each interaction. Colleagues support one another, collaborate to serve customers and communities, and work to improve and achieve individual and store results. This is a part-time position at Glendale Galleria. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
