About The Position

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment: selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to accurate order fulfillment, customer loyalty, sales, and store operations. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, learning about products and promotions, and getting the store ready. Work may include receiving and tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, maintaining sales-floor and fitting-room presentation, updating signs and pricing, restocking, and supporting merchandise moves. You also support customers through helpful interactions, share loyalty benefits, and help organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day. This position requires flexible availability and dependable attendance. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
