Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Domain - Part Time
About The Position
As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. You will monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues support customer satisfaction and store performance through attention to detail, teamwork, operational excellence, genuine hospitality, and a focus on sales goals. The workday may include preparing the store, reviewing goals and product promotions, tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, assisting customers, recovering sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues are expected to collaborate, improve their work, and contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and tag merchandise, and maintain an organized stockroom.

- Help maintain inventory accuracy and efficient store operations.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover sales floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Review goals and learn about new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
