About The Position
The Fragrance RSS Colleague provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items and contributing to the success of the department. The role also includes fulfillment and other duties as needed. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience. The role involves working a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and meeting the stated physical requirements.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; stand for at least two consecutive hours; and lift, move, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
- Color vision.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across the store and meet the needs of digital and in-person customers, partnering with others when appropriate.
- Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through product application or card application.
- Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager regarding inventory and other inaccuracies.
- Attend product training classes and seminars.
- Present, organize, store, and replenish stock appropriately.
- Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
- Process new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors (RTVs) in a timely manner.
- Keep the work area free from hazards and work safely.
- Follow Asset Protection, inventory control, compliance, and shortage-prevention procedures.
- Comply with hygiene standards.
- Foster acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform fulfillment and other duties as necessary.
