About The Position

The Fragrance Selling Specialist provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related products, completing transactions through the point-of-sale system, and contributing to the department’s success. The role includes fulfillment and other duties as needed. Specialists offer personalized fragrance recommendations based on customers’ style, mood, and preferences, and use product knowledge—including fragrance notes, layering techniques, and usage—to create a welcoming experience and build customer trust.
