About The Position

The Fragrance RSS Colleague provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, contributes to department success, supports fulfillment, and performs other duties as necessary. The role serves digital and in-store customers and supports fragrance sales, inventory accuracy, product presentation, replenishment, and safe, compliant department operations. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to digital and physical customers, making appropriate partnerships when needed.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory and other inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and return-to-vendor items in a timely manner.
• Keep the work area free from hazards and work safely.
• Follow Asset Protection, inventory control, compliance, shortage, and hygiene procedures.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Support fulfillment and perform other duties as necessary.
