About The Position

The Fragrance RSS Colleague provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items and contributing to the success of the department. The role also includes fulfillment and other duties as necessary. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform the physical activities described in the posting.
• Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to digital and in-store customers, partnering with others as needed to meet customer needs.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager regarding inventory and other inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Present, organize, store, and replenish stock properly.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and return-to-vendor items in a timely manner.
• Keep the work area free from hazards and work safely.
• Follow asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Comply with hygiene standards and shortage programs and procedures.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
