About The Position

MTI is looking for flexible Retail Field or Network technicians for upcoming projects for 2026. The role involves implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and/or repairing networks and networked devices including access points, smart lock access, routers, switches, POS systems, printers, and modems. Technicians will set up and troubleshoot connections in various environments, utilizing physical cables or wireless frequencies to ensure adequate signal strength.

Requirements

• Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle
• Previous IT, POS, FIELD or related technical technician experience
• Technically inclined with experience in cabling runs/management/testing/terminating and network provisioning
• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email
• Smart Phone mobile device
• Flexible availability
• Frequent use of hand tools
• Travel to various markets
• Ability to lift 60lbs or more
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
• Over the age of 18
