About The Position

As the Retail Experience Manager, you’ll assume day-to-day leadership duties for a Best Buy home store or group of stores, providing excellent employee and customer experiences. You’ll assign resources based on customer traffic and business needs throughout your assigned store or stores in your designated micro-market (local surrounding stores). You’ll also be responsible for driving employee development and performance management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Consumer electronics industry experience.
