Retail Experience Manager
About The Position
The Retail Experience Manager supports operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional communication to enhance the customer experience and drive business results. Reporting to the General Manager as part of the Retail Operations Department, this role works closely with the sales team, store leadership, and corporate departments to streamline store operations, maintain accurate inventory processes, uphold company standards, and resolve operational challenges. The position also helps execute store-level initiatives, submit reports, and align store teams with the corporate office to provide a seamless guest experience.

Nice To Haves
- Prior retail office manager experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key holder to open and close the store.
- Serve as the store's inventory captain and complete cycle counts promptly.
- Receive purchase orders accurately.
- Work with the management team to prepare for upcoming special events and regularly update breakroom and meeting room materials.
- Participate in weekly retail store meetings and Retail Experience Manager conference calls.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Print updated merchandise tags weekly.
- Partner with Customer Care to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner.
