About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to provide customer service at the point of sale and checkout. The role supports store and department operations by maintaining merchandise and work areas, participating in opening and closing procedures, and assisting with loss prevention, store office activities, and physical inventory. Shifts may include hours before and after the store is open to the public, as well as mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service while assisting customers at the point of sale and checkout, and build repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the department by keeping the work area clean, conducting cycle counts, stocking and replenishing products, and participating in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
