About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented seasonal Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers. The role provides customer service at checkout, maintains the department and supports store operations. The position involves shifts before and after store hours and may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts before and after the store is open to the public; shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout, building repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work area, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, and participate in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
