About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to assist customers at checkout, maintain the department, and support store operations. The role emphasizes customer service, customer satisfaction, and building repeat business. Positions are seasonal and may be full-time or part-time. Shifts may include hours before and after the store is open, as well as mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts that may include hours before and after store opening, mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout area, building repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the department by keeping the work area clean, conducting cycle counts, stocking and replenishing products, and participating in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss-prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
