About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers who are committed to customer service and building long-term customer relationships. The role provides customer assistance at the point of sale and checkout while supporting department upkeep and store operations. The listed pay range is $15.50–$20.00 per hour, including commission. Full- and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts before and after the store is open to the public; shifts may also include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout area.
• Build repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work area, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, and participate in merchandising activities.
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
