About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to provide service at the point of sale and support store operations. The role focuses on helping customers, creating satisfying shopping experiences, and encouraging repeat business. Associates also help maintain the department, participate in opening and closing procedures, and support loss prevention and inventory activities. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts that include hours before and after the store is open to the public; shifts may also include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout, building repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work area; conduct cycle counts; stock and replenish products; and participate in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
