About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers who are committed to customer service and building long-term customer relationships. The role serves customers at the point of sale and checkout, while also supporting department merchandising, inventory, and store operations. The position is available full-time and part-time. Pay is $15.50–$20.00 per hour, including commission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts that include hours before and after the store is open to the public, and may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout area, building repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean department work area, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, and participate in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
