About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented seasonal Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to assist customers at the point of sale and checkout, maintain the department, and support store operations. The role involves providing superior customer service, helping create repeat business through customer satisfaction, and keeping the work area clean and stocked. Shifts may take place before or after the store is open and may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers at the point of sale and checkout area.
• Build repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work area, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish product, and participate in merchandising activities.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting with store office activities, and helping prepare for physical inventory.
