About The Position

As a Customer Experience Colleague at Macy’s, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences and prioritize customer satisfaction across in-store and online touchpoints. You will engage customers, make tailored product recommendations based on fashion, fit, and function, use digital tools to enhance the shopping journey, and drive cross-category sales. You will work across different departments and build client relationships through outreach tools such as My Client and social media. You will collaborate with peers, store leaders, and brand partners to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and elevate the customer experience.
