About The Position

Jacksons is seeking enthusiastic, flexible, and service-driven Retail Cashier Floaters to provide coverage across multiple store locations within a designated region. The mobile role covers staff absences, vacations, and open positions, offering experience at different stores and opportunities to develop retail skills. The position supports both full-time and part-time shifts in the posting, while also listing a full-time shift; the employee must be available for any shift, including overnight and holidays. The minimum age is 21. The role requires travel among assigned locations, including Snohomish, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, and Mercer Island. Pay is $20.70–$22.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for overnight shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely in heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume, chemical, or odor conditions associated with gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and inform customers about promotions or discounts.
• Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Comply with laws concerning the sale of restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco.
• In Oregon and where needed, assist with fueling and windshield cleaning.
• For book floaters, reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
