About The Position

The Retail Cashier Floater is a mobile role supporting multiple store locations within a designated region. The position provides coverage for staff absences, vacations, and open roles, and offers experience across different stores. This is a full-time position with open availability between 8:00 a.m. and midnight. Employees are hired to work at multiple store locations and must be at least 21 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to and cover shifts at various store locations.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Committed to doing the right thing and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and communicate promotions or discounts.
• Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Follow laws governing the sale of restricted items, including alcohol and tobacco.
• In Oregon and where needed, assist with fueling and windshield cleaning.
• For Book Floaters, reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
