About The Position

The Retail Cashier Floater supports multiple store locations across District 09, including Melba and Nampa, Idaho, by covering shifts for vacations, training, and staffing needs. The role is suited to retail professionals who enjoy working with different teams and delivering customer service in fast-paced environments. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible availability requirements for a 24/7 operation, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different store environments.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to sell alcohol and tobacco where applicable.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift coverage across multiple stores as needed.
• Greet customers, thank them for their business, and invite them to return.
• Provide fast, friendly service and assist customers with product information.
• Ring up purchases accurately and apply promotions and discounts while following laws related to restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco.
• Complete daily paperwork and deposits when covering full shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including pumps and islands.
• Stock and rotate products on shelves, in coolers, and on displays.
• Follow proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
