About The Position

The Retail Cashier / Customer Service Associate provides customer service at the register and helps keep the store stocked, clean, and ready for customers. The role involves processing purchases, promoting sales, maintaining merchandise and foodservice areas, and supporting the team. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. This is a part-time position with a stated shift of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The stores operate 24/7 and require flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work safely around heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly attitude.
• Provide fast, accurate, and professional checkout service.
• Promote current sales and specials and suggestively sell to improve the customer experience.
• Accurately and responsibly process transactions, including alcohol and tobacco sales in accordance with legal age requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including fuel islands.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, organized products.
• Help maintain foodservice and coffee areas by cleaning and restocking.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
• Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned.
