About The Position

Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, is hiring a part-time W-2 Retail Brand Ambassador to promote home renovation products in big-box retail stores and at community events. The role involves engaging customers face-to-face, representing the brand professionally, generating interest, and helping customers arrange free in-home consultations. The position offers a guaranteed base pay plus performance bonuses, paid training, and advancement opportunities. Candidates with relevant experience or transferable skills are welcome, and entry-level applicants will be trained.

Nice To Haves

Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience.
Customer service experience, including in-person or call center roles.
Retail experience, such as sales associate, cashier, team lead, or merchandiser.
Restaurant experience, such as server, bartender, host, or front-of-house staff.
Hospitality experience, such as hotel front desk, concierge, or event staff.
Fast food or quick-service restaurant experience, such as cashier, shift lead, or drive-thru.
Retail and customer service experience are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers face-to-face in big-box retail stores and at events to promote products and generate interest.
