Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, is hiring a part-time W2 Retail Brand Ambassador to promote home renovation services in big-box retail stores and at events. The role involves engaging customers face-to-face, representing the brand, and helping interested homeowners arrange free in-home consultations. The position offers a guaranteed base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, paid training, and advancement opportunities. The stated pay is $25–$35 per hour, with top performers earning $40 per hour. Candidates with entry-level experience are welcome, and training is provided. Retail and customer service experience are valued; experience in face-to-face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus. Reliable transportation is required because the role may involve traveling to multiple locations in one day or attending events that are not near public transit. A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities
