About The Position

Smollan is hiring a part-time, field-based Brand Ambassador to represent Mondelez brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts, in supermarkets across Leeds, Morley, Wakefield, Pudsey, and surrounding areas. The permanent role is 32 hours per week, with a stated schedule of Monday to Thursday and weekends off. Pay is £21,149 per annum (£12.71 per hour), plus a quarterly bonus of up to 15%, with on-target earnings of up to £14.61 per hour. The Brand Ambassador independently plans store visits and represents the brands in local supermarkets. The role involves creating attractive product displays, improving product visibility and availability, building relationships with store managers, and recording store visits and insights using a tablet. There is no cold calling or pushy sales. Previous field marketing experience is not required; comprehensive training is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal car are essential.
