About The Position

A Retail Banker provides outstanding customer service while assisting customers with their banking needs. The role processes transactions accurately, builds customer relationships, and connects customers with banking products and services suited to their financial needs. It also provides support for online and mobile banking and completes daily item processing using scanning equipment.

Requirements

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking, retail, or another service-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during every customer interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to connect customers with additional banking products and services.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking, including password resets and account access issues.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Complete daily item processing using scanning equipment.
