About The Position

Generations Bank is hiring a full-time, onsite Retail Banker based in Rogers, Arkansas. This floater role travels to different Northwest Arkansas branches as business needs dictate. The Retail Banker builds, maintains, and deepens relationships with consumer and business customers; provides exceptional customer service; identifies customers’ financial needs; and recommends tailored solutions from the Bank’s products and services. The role also involves accurate and professional cash handling and transaction processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of retail banking experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric attitude, accountability, and stewardship.
• Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands of the position.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to bank locations if necessary.
