About The Position
The Retail Backroom (Production) Associate sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories; prices items using a guide and identifies high-value goods; and works toward daily production goals and quality standards. The associate transports donations to the sales floor, stocks, rotates, and displays items, and keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe. The role also involves moving items to the compactor or dumpster as needed and assisting at the donation door.
Requirements
- Ability to assess item quality and value.
- Reliable and punctual, and ready to work.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
- Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires).
Responsibilities

- Price items using the provided guide and identify high-value goods.
- Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Transport donations to the sales floor, then stock, rotate, and display items.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Transport items to the compactor or dumpster as needed.
- Assist at the donation door and move donations as needed.
