About The Position

The Retail Backroom (Production) Associate processes donated softline items for resale or disposal. The role involves sorting donations, assessing quality and value, pricing items, meeting daily production and quality goals, and moving merchandise to the sales floor for stocking, rotation, and display. The associate also maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, transports items to the compactor or dumpster as needed, and assists at the donation door.

Requirements

• Ability to assess item quality and value.
• Reliable and punctual, and ready to work.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Physically capable of regularly lifting and moving donations.

Responsibilities
