About The Position

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Follows operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role includes customer service, cashiering, merchandising, merchandise processing, store recovery, cleanliness, safety awareness, and participation in shrink-reduction programs. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and count change according to operating procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Uphold the merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
